私は日本の東京にある整形外科クリニックで理学療法士として働いています。私は理学療法士の専門学校を卒業してから、スポーツ選手のリハビリに携わってきました。多くのスポーツ選手の治療を経験する中で、多様な要因が痛みに関わっていることを知りました。

2020年からNOI Japanでの活動として、Explain PainやMaster sessionのビデオ日本語字幕挿入や、Explain Painオンラインコースの運営をしてきました。2023年には日本のプロスポーツチームでExplain Painコースを開催し、スポーツ場面における痛みの考え方を提供しました。

痛みについてもっと探求し、新しい痛みの考え方を日本に広めることを心から望んでいます。

I work as a physical therapist at an orthopedic clinic in Tokyo, Japan. I have been involved in the rehabilitation of athletes since I graduated from a technical school of physical therapy. Through my experience in treating many athletes, I have learned that various factors contribute to pain.
Since 2020, my activities at Noigroup Japan have included inserting Japanese subtitles for videos of Explain Pain and Master sessions and running the Explain Pain online course. In 2023, I held an Explain Pain course for a professional sports team in Japan to provide the concept of pain in sports situations.
I sincerely hope to explore more about pain and spread new pain concepts in Japan.
