Second only to fractures, ‘Arthritis’ is the number two reason for admission to hospital. Back pain accounted for more admissions than bowel cancer and breast cancer combined.

A few thoughts – what’s the driving reason for people to be admitted to hospital for ‘musculoskeletal’ problems? What are they looking for? Do they get it?
